New Outlook may not set the correct mail server settings for Saltech Mail. Follow the steps below to add your Saltech Mail account to New Outlook. 

Select your email from the Suggested accounts, or type in your email address and then click Continue


On the list of email providers, scroll down and select IMAP, then click Continue. 


Type in your account password (or App Password if your organization uses 2FA -- see this guide to get your App Password) into the password box and then toggle the "Show More" and set the IMAP Incoming Server and SMTP Outgoing Server to both be mail.saltechsystems.com. 


Once you have set both the Incoming and Outgoing servers, click Continue. In the remaining steps, you will be asked to agree to Microsoft syncing your account to their servers. You can click "Continue" on these and then it will take you into New Outlook to view your emails.
