For organizations using two-factor authentication, programs such as Outlook will use an App Password instead of your password and two-factor authentication code.
Open your web browser (Google Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) and go to mail.saltechsystems.com. Once you're there go to More in the top right and then Settings.
Once you are on the settings page, scroll down to the Two-Step Authentication section and click on the eye icon next to IMAP/POP/SMTP. Copy the code that is shown and then paste that into the password field on the program you are using it with (Outlook, etc).
