To fix your account showing as unavailable in 3CX, you will need to enable notifications for 3CX in your default browser. The following steps are made using Google Chrome, but it should be similar in Edge. If you need any assistance feel free to reach out to us.

First, click the 3 dots in the top right corner and click Settings.


Next, select Privacy and security on the left side menu and then open the Site settings page


On the Site settings page, scroll down to Notifications. It should be near the middle of the page. 


Scroll down the the "Allow to send notifications" section at the bottom of the page and click Add. In the Add a site window, paste the URL for your company's 3CX page and then click Add. 

You can now close the Settings tab and then close and reopen the 3CX PWA app. You may need to log out and log back in to 3CX. Confirm with a coworker that you show as online on their 3CX app.
