Contact Groups can be used to send an email to a list of people without needing to type in everyone's name each time. 


First, go to mail.saltechsystems.com and log in with your credentials. 


Next, click on the "Contacts" tab, click the three dots under the "New" button and select "New Contact Group"



This will open up a pop up to create the contact group. If prompted, allow pop-ups for mail.saltechsystems.com


Type in the Display Name, this can be anything you like and is used as a label for the group. After you name the group, click on "+ New Member", and type in their email under the "Member" option. The Display As field can be their name or can be left blank. Then, click "Save" and add more members as needed. Once you are done, click "Save" in the top left of this window.


You may also get an autofill as shown in the screenshot if this person is already added as an individual contact.




After creating the group, scroll through your contacts to find the group, click the three dots, and click "Send Email" to open up a new email with all the group members pre-added to the "to" field.


You can also click on the group name from the Contacts page to access the Contact Group page and add/remove members from the list.
