Adding a user to the Safe Sender List will allow images in their emails to load automatically, and stop their emails from going to your Junk folder. 


Step 1


To add an email address to your Safe Sender List, first open the Outlook application on your computer. In the top bar, navigate to Junk -> Junk E-mail Options... Depending on your ribbon layout, the Junk option will be in the right corner or in the  • • • menu on the far left.

Step 2


After clicking on the "Junk E-mail Options..." button, the window below will appear. Click "Safe Senders" on the top bar, "Add...", and then enter in the email address you would like to add to the list. Click "OK" in the Add address or domain window, and then click "OK" in the Junk Email Options. 


Optionally, you may check the "Automatically add people I email to the Safe Senders List" if you want this enabled.
